I paid $84 for Fed Ex 2 day air fast shipping to Washington State. Package took a week to get there. When I went back to MailMax with questions, they acted as if they couldn't care less. Said it was a ground shipment. They overcharge and do not deliver what you pay for. Stay away from this place. I will use the post office from now on. These people are not in business to help you. I hope they are not in business much longer. We are better off without them in this town.

This is where you go for the worst customer service ever and for your very important UPS red Saturday delivery to be lost. Inept, no desire to help you whatsoever, both people behind the desk could not even advise on the correct UPS next day air label to use. Um I’m sorry I’m not sure which form you should use but they are all over there on that shelf. YOU a will have to figure that out. Yup, went in and did my best to find the form, filled it out, btw their overnight Saturday delivery charge was $130. And guess what it’s Monday and my package still hasn’t arrived! So I guess I need to figure it out for myself but do not go here. The worst I’ve ever experienced. I am calling the manager because they need to know. They do not deserve even 1 star. It’s bad enough they didn’t know what they were doing but there was no desire to help whatsoever. And what I sent was very important so let’s hope I can track this package down. Rating is negative -10 stars. I had to put one star which was not deserved in order to post this review
