This Laundry Mat is a very clean establishment. Machines worked fine on my few visits. Everyone was friendly.

Emotionally Trapped

It’s a pretty cool environment not much craziness going on....but the actually establishment is horrible. NONE OF THE DRYERS ON THE BOTTOM WORK...and you don’t find that out until AFTER you’ve waited 30min for your clothes to dry. I mean there is absolutely NO HEAT coming from half of the dryers. No one is here to help with the situation or give you your money back. No one fixed the machines nor is there a sign on ANY of the broken dryers. It’s a rip off in itself honestly. Who owns this establishment? Why is there never any help here when something g goes wrong. I’m guessing there is a rich white man out there somewhere who owns the place but he hardly comes to “the hood” himself to get things fixed. Maybe the owner doesn’t even care about the needs of this community.

Horrible. There is no laundry detergent as both machines we're out of order. There are a lot of broken machines but luckily it was thanksgiving So there was no one else doing laundry besides me. There was no one there to help out with my problems except 2 black men that we're more interested in smoking pot and watching football. I would not recommend this place unless it was an emergency and you are in dire straits of getting your laundry done. Not happy at all.
