Failure to communicate by the tellers, failure to follow through on closing and disappointed by the branch manager, Michael Greene for promising me that my issues would be resolved. Guess who has to return on Monday, yet again?

This Branch went above and beyond for me. I flew into Jacksonville to purchase a car. The branch provided a safe meeting space for me and the seller. Helped facilitate the transaction and made us feel welcome while we discussed the deal. The tellers and Manager were all friendly and accommodating.

You have to call their 800 number and select the specific branch that you want. The automated system will then give you the local number to that branch.
