Really nice library, just needs update on some furniture to have more comfortable experience. The chairs are bit small for the ones at desks because of the arm rests on them

We learned that you could donate your used books to the library after a not so pleasant experience at a local trade/buy used bookstore. The librarian that helped us was so grateful and pleasant. She even took the time to show and tell us about how book donations work and how the money from the Friends of the Library bookstore helps buy things for the library! There were so many things you just never thought about! It was really cool to learn about. We really enjoyed our experience and how excited the library was about receiving our books that we will only be bringing our books here from now on! Thanks for turning our day around with your joy!

I utilize this location for reading, and early voting.. I like that the parking lot has plenty of shade. The staff is very helpful. One downfall is the people outside close to the walking path who are peddling materials (religious and or political). I go to the library to relax not be accosted with unwanted solicitation.

We love this library!! Everyone is always so eager and helpful with assisting us. They have a wonderful selection for children's books! Our visit during Covid was top notch along with temperature checks, question screenings and people santizing !

Hi, Sonila. There are no overdue fines at this time. If you bring the book back on Saturday, that'd be great. Thank you.
Yes we have several public computers available to use for free. Here's the info: https://jaxpubliclibrary.org/services/public-access-computers Thanks!
Hello. We do not have home delivery, we do have curbside pickup for books on hold. Thank you!
No appointments required, Victoria! Just come to the branch at the time they are there!
There are no English classes in Mandarin, but there are English classes in other libraries. Click for more information: https://www.jaxpubliclibrary.org/services/center-adult-learning/esol
Kevin is one of our librarians and his answer is right on the money! Non residents can get a pass for the computers for $2/day. We also have non-resident library cards if you’re here for longer that might be more economical ($25/quarter year). Those give you access to the full collection and all services! Thanks for the question!
