I am not happy with their job. They are rude on the phone. I delayed their final payment so that they can come and fix the issues and yet they claim they came without any evidence and yet no issues fixed. Whata horrible service. I ll pay these people because I don’t want to deal with their nasty attitude over the phone and constant harassment for asking to get paid without being responsive to warranty claims. They are just a little cheaper than others so save yourselves a headache and paiy a little more to get good service.

Fast, experienced, and high quality workmanship. They used screws to secure/repair existing fence to ensure long term reliability. Yes I would recommend them.

I had multiple companies come out and give me estimates for a privacy fence I needed to keep my disabled child from going into the road. I walked outside as the first companies owner or manager was telling his coworker. “This is a double lot so this is where the money is”. Then instead of measuring where I wanted the fence he had his coworker measure what he wanted and then gave me a price for 7k. What?? Keep in mind it wasn’t much bigger than what I got with A great fence. On top of it he gave my dad a vet a discount and spoke bad about AGF. Second company was less but not by enough. I called a couple more and started getting discouraged thinking I couldn’t afford it. I finally called AGF and my salesman was on time,patient and overall just a very nice person. They also beat all the prices I received by the other companies making affordable for me. The woman in the office were also very nice and worked with me through the process. They said it would get finished in 4-6 weeks which ended up being way under that time limit. The gentleman finished my fence in less than a week. I ended up calling because I had a couple of concerns. The owner was out within a few days. One of the concerns about the gate was explained to me and it made complete sense. The second one a gap my dog could get through was immediately taken care of by the owner. It wasn’t anything the installer did wrong it just needed a board moved to make it better. I will definitely use them again if I should ever need them. I will also recommend them to family, friends or anyone asking. Thank you A Great Fence for doing a great job and for having excellent customer service all around!
