The Few neighbors that allow their dogs to bark uncontrollably need training along with the dogs. Not all of the people living here are retired we work daily . When we come home we too would like to rest as the retirement community is allowed to do all day. Most of the community is responsible and respectful of this .Only a couple of folks living here seem to think that the rest of us should have to listen to their dogs carry on like three year old children with no supervision.

HOA is like a clique of a few people. Rules regarding pets and vehicles are not enforced. Dogs bark all day with no control. HOA fees ridiculously high and always increasing

We moved here 2020 and absolutely love it. This is a mixed age community, from retirement to family's with kids of all ages. Just got to love your neighborhood. Who is perfect? Sure there are some improvements that need to be addressed. HOA did go up, but so did our living expenses.. We had two issues on the outside our building and both were repaired in a timely manner.

Horrible landscaping and irrigation not worth the association fees. Management is irregular as per rules on pets and what types of vehicle permitted. Pick up trucks not allowed along with commercial vehicles. Yet as you can see in these pictures, the rules are not enforced.
