Very unreasonable tacky and unprofessional

Great place. Especially at night and you're trying to see building numbers that are not lit and half are completely blocked by trees. The residents are also F1 drivers so be careful at that terrible "traffic circle" at the entrance as people coming in the gate think the gate is the starting flag.

Its not cheap
Units are owned by individuals. Not apartment homes. You would be renting or buying unit from individual owners. Price will vary many are posted on realtor.com hope that helps
