Warning to potential employees: track your hours. They will lie and cheat you out of pay. When the company investigates they will claim they didn’t see you on cameras. The manager here is a lying unprofessional horrible woman more concerned with spouting her Trump loving politics than behaving with an ounce of professionalism.

They go by the current spot prices. It fluctuates daily. They pay a percentage of the current value.
