HB is getting more and more tools that are not junk. I have purchased several items lately a think are great tools. The new air compressors are quite and seem to be reliable. More new tools to come I sure.

What is up with the Hixson location? So many of the items that I depend on such as the wooden and poly moving dollies are not in stock. Once we strap a piece on the dolly it is much more convenient leave it on the dolly so it can be moved around.

They are following the CDC guidelines and the mask mandate, but that doesn't mean all the patrons follow the rules. I have been there and left due me to people not wearing mask.

Ace Harware

Tried to exchange a battery for a lynx string trimmer I bought yesterday. Why couldn't I just exchange the battery instead of the whole thing? Now I have to make another trip and spend time putting another one together. No common sense.
