Terrible company. I was told I would attend orientation at Athens AL which is 40 minutes from my house. The night before my orientation they changed it to Sherman, Mississippi which is 3 hours from my house. The sign on bonus is a lie. If you don't finish 2 years with the company they come after you and and take the sign on bonus back. It's a retention bonus only that they will come for. I put my two weeks in and they called me the very next day while I was on a route to threaten me that they will be taking the sign on bonus back. The trucks are absolutely filthy when they give it to you. They don't even bother to clean them. At the Madison location they only have 1 mechanic so something happens your sol. I was hired on to run out of Athens, AL which is a 40 minute drive from my house. They lied about that too. They said that's only for their top seniority guys and instead forced me to drive an hour and 20 minutes to work every day to Madison AL. I begged corporate for help even sent emails and nothing was done. They don't care about their drivers at all. Only moving loads. They like to send group texts threatening everyone if they break the rules for anything they will be "terminated immediately " fairly often. The only redeeming quality is that most of the office staff are very laid back and the pay is good if you can make OT. Other than that... have fun running through Nashville in rush hour traffic everyday because they won't just run drop and hooks a day ahead.

Was thinking about applying for. Job here but after reading the reviews I’m uninterested everyone saying the same thing … don’t want to work at a place who does not value their drivers …. NEXT!
