This is a review of staff themselves, NOT the post office policies etc. That is another story. I have always received wonderful, speedy service from my regular mail lady and from Bennet at the office. He is ALWAYS quick, polite, and in a pleasant mood. Good examples of how to take your customer service seriously. Obviously, they can't change prices or policy, but they do their best to make customers happy
