Place is always flooded when it rains. Manage and maintenance people are dishonest. Lot of drug activity. In my opinion it sucks.Also phone was recently stolen here reward offered and not returned dirtbags.

Affordable rent. Quiet. Management is great!!! Owners need to put some money into the place. I like living here.
