Got a trailer loan through them first payment came and I had to call them to get get account info never sent me any info and wanted to charge me $10 to make a payment but on high high note interest rates are low

Worst UI for online banking I've come across. Paying your car payment should be simple, not frustrating. Almost feels like they want you miss payments so they can charge fees.

One of the worst transactions experiences I’ve ever had with this teller by the name of Joelene. What happened was that she gave me the debit card of another person who has a similar name as mine and for the whole month I’ve been using that account without knowing it! Now they’ve cleared my account and I’m in the negative almost $800 because of Jolene!

They're not able to exchange any type of foreign currency, but I think bigger banks like Zions Bank might be able to.
We do have co op with other banks, but we don't have any locations open after 6, just our 24 hour ATMS
