Depends on what you do. Faxing is just dropping off paperwork for them to fax for you but you can go into work on the computers and print things

No one is going to call you -- you need to call "Eligibility" (basically customer service for WFS.
The wait time is usually long because so many people trying to get food stamps every day, so its best to call in the morning.
