Great people and good customer service. The folks here are knowledgeable and helpful. Makes most everyone a loyal customer. Also have well pump supplies that you won't find in most hardware stores. Prices aren't the cheapest but for a rual location, that's expected.

Another reason to go to Valley Springs to shop locally! Any store that manages to keep employees for 20+ years must be doing something right. Great knowledgeable people, great selection, at fair prices. Lucky for us in the Foothills.

I have had a consistently good experience shopping here; the employees seem to always have a good attitude and the customer service is well above what I receive at the big home stores. We bought some patio furniture recently and one chair was damaged. They didn't hesitate to offer a replacement and even helped us exchange it after they had already closed up the registers for the day. They have earned our loyalty.
