I was in for brake work; brake work was done satisfactory. However, they told me that there was a leakage in steering inlet line. I have never experienced any leakage in my car, I told them to fix it, they said part cost was under hundred dollars, but they charge labor over 400 dollars. I don't think this service was very transparent. They did not provide damage inlet pipe for me to review it. Picture, they provided before service was not clear. Also, they reset oil change to 100%, but oil change was not required, I told them not to change oil as it was done few months back and due to less milage driven it was not due. They did not even do a car wash before handing car to me. Upon my request they eventually did do car wash.

This experience was not a good one for me. In the past, I've always liked the service, however this time I noticed that the car was driven almost 100 miles and had a lot less gas in the tank than when I bought it there. Also, the transmission is still slipping occasionally.

My latest visit was excellent. Service was prompt. Disappointed the carpet, on side of pedal could not be glued or tucked where it would not come out. Replacing control knob excellent.

They bought my car last month when I leased a new vehicle.
They are awesome regarding Covid. You have to sign in and fill out a covid questionnaire, everyone wears masks, hand sanitizer is everywhere, steering wheels were wrapped.
Merollis father & son are good people, i will use them again .
