The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and had the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. We told two separate people, one woman and one man that they could pick the lift up on Monday. Again, this was repeated TWICE and understood by TWO different employees. Thursday rolls around and the lady at the front desk is asking where the lift is. We explained that we told two different people it could be picked up Monday. She goes on to say that we should’ve called and that she can’t read minds and accused my husband of lying about him speaking to a man because “only women answer the phone.” LMAO! (We assumed the man we spoke to the second time was the delivery driver) She said that next time, to make sure we call when we’re done with it and my husband explained that there would be no next time from us. 0/10 recommend. Zero stars.

Ladies at the desk great, as far as equipment complete junk, had to bring us two jack hammers to get a working one and switch out the bobcat twice as well as service to come out because there tech didn’t put the filter on properly and dump hydro fluid all over the job site, finally a belt broke on the second one, had equipment for 4 days and didn’t get anything done due to everything breaking down then tried to charge for equipment we never even got to hardly use, so after a brief argument, there reply was we’ll charge you for fuel but don’t ever come back, great customer service!
