The most unprofessional, uncourteous body shop in the area- they are not very nice to women! Don’t go there, find, literally anyone else. Car sales is also the same. Mr. Christopher Palazzola is a lazy, bullying, condescending and unhelpful associate who tries to the bare minimum and push off HIS work on others. It is definitely not reflective of the MB “customer experience”. This has now happened on multiple occasions.

Thanks to one person, my experience at Mercedes Benz West Palm Beach was terrific. That person is Nick Khaytin. Nick exemplifies what a great salesman ought to be. He made sure I got a car I loved for a great price. He even dropped the car off to me to save me some time. Nick got me a fantastic deal on my pre-owned BMW x1 and ensured all service notices were complete before allowing me to leave with the car. Nick is exactly the type of salesman a company needs. He gets cars out the door with happy customers. Nick truly is what 5-star service is all about.

Truly wondiful experience purchasing a used vehicle today. Nick Khaytin made the processes simple and smooth. The F&I department with Mike was also a smooth process. He took his time explaining options and even got me a 10 year warranty that I couldn't passup.

We are open during construction! We have most our cars in the back lot and at an offsite storage lot. We will gladly bring up any car you wish to see to the front of the lot or take you to see the model(s) you are looking for.
