These guys obviously love what they do. Showed up on a super busy Sat morning and got personal attention for a purchase of a new bike for my son. We've been to a few different shops throughout Utah, and this one is head and shoulders above all of them in regards to customer service. I feel confident we got the perfect whip for what my son will be riding and racing with their advice. The bike was not yet assembled, and we live 3hrs away, so they put us in priority and got the bike put together that afternoon so we could take it home. Just can't say enough, and these guys will have all of our future business.

We rented 4 great bikes from OTE, and we got a shuttle to and from the trails. Great place with very personable, friendly staff. The staff also gave us advice and suggested rides that proved to be very useful. If you're looking to mtb near Zion, go to OTE in Hurricane.
