Big, bright store with tons of selections. Friendly staff who were personable and professional. Spent as much time as I needed while shopping for some boots for my wife, never once felt rushed. Felt no pressure to purchase and was even suggested to take pictures of the different options to save an out of the way trip for my wife. I will most assuredly return to make my Xmas purchases! Thank you for a great experience!

SLOW SERVICE. Ridiculous amount of time processing customers. One register and no back up personnel (or they didn't take action) to move stalled line. I realize some customers can be needy or difficult, and training is necessary for employees to learn the art of customer service. Selection limited as store is not as large as a normal DSW.
