This store is so dirty. It looks like it has not been vacuumed for a while. Some of the employees are wearing hats and hoodies that do not have the store logo, so it is challenging to know if they are workers or not. It also smelled like food—an unprofessional environment.

Called for information. The person that answered spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand a thing she said until the last five words, "How may I help you?" I think it was because she needed to take a breath. Why do people speak so quickly? If it's not necessary to let the customer hear you, then why say it at all?

Went in tonight to ask the copying and printing employee some questions about documents I wanted printed and had a less than pleasant experience. I was greeted by a “yes?” when I walked up, then was promptly told that they can’t print on any paper besides printer paper, and there was nothing else they could do for me. Luckily the 19 year old running the photo printing section at Walmart across the street was more helpful and gave me a better price than the expert running your printing section. Looks like I know where I’ll go to get my 250 wedding invitations printed!
