Rarely do they get your order right especially if it’s an online order, i suggest you order just one or two drinks at most and DONT get food. they never let you know they’re out of something, and will assume you’ll be okay with whatever they put in the bag to give you. It was not busy, only one other couple in the store, so when I went to get my drinks only then did the worker start getting my donuts which I don’t mind since it doesn’t take long. However, I was in person & would’ve been okay if the dude just SAID something like “hey I’m sorry to let you know we’re out of xyz so …” and I would’ve been cool w it bc at least he let me know. But this is the third time I’ve ordered online either thru me or my husband and they always get something wrong & never tell you

Just called to ask if they were open on Easter Sunday. The answer was, "I don't know" followed by a pause. So then I asked is there anybody there who might know. The answer, "no". Nothing else. Lost order of 10 dozen donuts.

I have been going here for almost 6 months (just moved into the area) and every time the morning staff changes it is a disaster. Most of the time my order isn’t even correct and today I paid for a coffee that was literally half full on top of the absolutely rude customer service. I’d rather make the extra drive and spend the extra money to go to Starbucks from now on
