They have a lot of appliances on sale. The customer service is hit or miss, there's not always someone to help you and they'll leave you standing in the isle without even acknowledging you. It's a good place to shop if you're able to find someone to help. The garden section is really nice and they put some nice plants on clearance often.

We shop at lowes all the time! Great store great prices! Will say one thing for sure is the young lady Tina that loads mulch outside is totally Amazing. Great personality and so very helpful. She has great energy. You have a awesome employee there. She helped us inside and when we purchased mulch she was the only one out on the side gate to load us. You need more staff with her personality like hers. We will continue to shop there and we love Tina’s personality. Awesome lady… please make sure you praise her for her hard work and always smiling when we shop there. Every-time we are shopping there she is really working hard. She deserves credit where credit is deserved! Go Tina!!!!!!! You deserve this compliment!!!!!

The entire garden center and large portions of the store are flooded with so much overflow that entire aisles are impassable. It’s been like that for the last five years. I don’t know if it’s corporate or the store manager who is massively overbuying, but it is extremely frustrating. It is often difficult or impossible to find folks to help get things off the shelves which means you spend thirty or more minutes waiting, talking to everyone who walks by, and being told they’ll send someone who never actually comes.

Probably not the best person to write a review about Lowe's. First, I love this place. It is always so neat and organized. As of late, my favorite department is the paint. The staff are always helpful and pleasant.
