I have been shopping for clothes at JCPenny with my family since I was 5 years old. I am not the only person who shops here because of its size inclusivity. Today, I went in to purchase a pair of tights and when I walked up to the counter, the saleswoman, Sandy, looked me up and down and said, "Oh, these are big ones, huh?" I had no idea how to respond to that. I felt extremely hurt and upset. With her tone of voice and the fact that she didn't apologize for her comment, I feel she is not fit to work in customer service or at least she should go to a store that caters to other skinny people. God forbid, she has to service plus-size people...

Clean, decently well stocked, staff was friendly line only took about 5 mins. Merchandise turns over pretty quickly so if you find something you want multiples of make sure to return quickly.
