Carina was so unprofessional. A woman was trying to return a defective pair of pants and I’ve seen her in there all the time. Very loyal customer. But Carina called her a liar and implied she was fat! Very unprofessional. The woman tried to explain herself and Carina KEPT talking down to her! This is a plus size store, how could you fat shame? Ruined my shopping experience.

Have been my favorite plus size store for years. They didn't have much in the past but theyve changed their style alot and I love it but some of the items are overpriced
