Kudos to Renee and her husband for opening a hometown hardware store on Horizon in Ridge. Very pleased to find a place that excels in customer service. Also on the plus side, the store is dog friendly. This is a happy place for our golden retriever Zoe who got some special treats today!

We looked online and found some lawn furniture we liked. It said there were eight of the items in stock. We needed just four. When we went to the store last week in the evening a cranky woman, no make that too cranky women, assured us that it was a specialty item and had to be ordered. Their customer service was zip. We ordered the items online and I went to pick them up during the day and there were four gentlemen who could not have been more kind at the front of the store. Somebody needs to talk to the cranky ladies though. Zero warmth or customer service from them.

What GREAT family owned business in our community. These guys have everything. They are way more HELPFUL than any of the big box stores. And you won't have to hunt for someone to help you. Their team roams the aisles looking for people to serve. Customer service lives here

I'm sure they do and if not they should be able to tell you where to get one. This one store and I'm sure all of them are but I know firsthand this store is very clean for a hardware store. Everything is in place where it should be. But go to the store and ask them look around being shocked like I was on the cleanliness.

Honestly, you're going to get a faster response by calling the store or doing an online to store purchase....
We do free pool water testing. If it is for your home water I do not have them in stock but they are Available through Ace hardware.com with free shipping to the store.
They seem to have pretty much everything else around there great old school Hardware stair lots of neat stuff

I think they do. I always now go to this store as a start place for all projects as they have very knowledable staff/tradesman working there. Worst case they may need to order a part which have done, based on my timeline of project. Totally worth the few extra $$ to shop here IMO. Sometimes, I do have to, unfortunately, trek over to the other big box stores.
