I would give 0 stars because we couldn't even go in after driving 15 minutes to get here. They require masks to go in but don't offer them.

I read some pretty awful reviews on this place, but when my husband and I went in, the people were wonderful! Very kind and helpful, nice clothes and priced better than some other thrift shops. We needed to wear masks, but so what? We came out with some great deals! Plus, this place is all volunteer and one worker told us that this year, so far, they have given back to the community $400,000.00!! What's not to love about it? Anyone who is a thrift shopper will love this store. I wish I lived closer so I could shop there more often.

Ann Arbor Thrift is my favorite Thrift Store in Ann Arbor they are very clean and professional and the people that work there are awesome and they're very friendly and kind I love going there I live right up the street from there and I try to make it in whenever I can but I never leave before I try not to leave empty-handed they have such great things and some things are one of a kind so I strongly recommend going to Ann Arbor Thrift two thumbs up and two big toes

This thrift store sucks. I got yelled at by the older lady that works there because I didn’t put a mask on right away. 🙄 They don’t even have a good selection of anything. Save yourself the time and gas money and go somewhere else. Please.

Yes they do. But no cash back.
Drop off hours are the same as business hours. Call ahead because sometimes they aren't taking donations.
I've never seen a dog in the Thrift Shop.
No! You bring donations to the store.
Excellent place to shop at. Friendly and superb service.
