DO NOT GO TO JEFF, horrible customer service. I am trying to explain a simple problem but Jeff would not listen and started raising his voice at me. Kept raising his voice when I tried to explain my problem to him. When they continue to hire people like Jeff, Xfinity is going to loose it's value. Once my contract expires, I will switch over to another company mainly because of their poor customer service (especially the way I was treated by Jeff today). This seems to be the qualification criteria for this store: Oh, you can look down on people and treat people them idiots, great, you are hired as a customer service representative. I have no issues with Xifnity as a company but I have always been treated poorly in this store.

I signed up for phone and internet for $90. They didn't want to offer that deal I guess because they cancelled my service after one week and resigned me up for a $140 package instead. This is extremely upsetting because I paid off my phone early with the expectation that I would be saving money.

Yep. Call ahead have them put you in the queue so when you get there it wont be a long wait. It's like 1992 secretary of state up in there

Xfinity provides only the two in one (modem and router) for internet access. They do not encourage you to use your own modem and router but will connect through them if you start with an Xfinity approved modem.Check the Xfinity website for approved modems.

Yes, you can return your boxes here as well as pay your final bill. You should keep it in case Comcast call you a few months down the road
Your wife will have to pick the box up. We had the exact same situation and the Comcast person advised us to have the person whose name is on the account, to pick up the set up box
I believe that if you are adding a 2nd box, then no. However, if you only have 1 box; then yes take in your old box.
Xfinity mobile is for existing xfinity customers. I bought the phone online
