Came in to be told I had the wrong bin for clothes. Okay cool. Come in the next day for there to be a sign that they’re not running the buy counter? I used to supervise a Once Upon A Child. Never in my life should it be this much of a challenge to go through the process.

Terrible customer service. I will never come back and honestly it’s not worth your time for what they give you. Also very strange they don’t give you a written receipt of what they buy and only show you the bin. Facebook marketplace is less hassle and that’s saying a lot.

Hello I sold some of my sons too small clothes and when I say amber , Stephanie and one other young Lady made my experience as easy as possible they were very thorough they explained everything they were very polite I would definitely recommend this place. also there even was a gentleman that took my basket to my car for me 10/10

YES!!!! 😂 I can walk into any of the Once Upon a Child stores from Michigan to where my beautiful lil Princesses live in Florida. I am a very picky, picky person regarding clothes. I absolutely love purchasing a HEAP of their clothing for a just turned 3yr old Princess 👸 and her baby sis who's almost 16 months. Not only their clothes, but I bought a cute not plastic toddler bed 🛏 $35 for a steal! To complete the 🛏 I actually bought a brand new still in it's packaging toddler bedding set for $20 it was from Macy's of all places. So she got a new to her bed 🛏 with a comforter, full set of sheets and also a decorative pillow too. Can't beat that!! 😂 I only wish that there were a few more stores as I live in Royal Oak and I don't mind driving up to this store. They are so nice and friendly.

toys are worth it for babies...clothes are mostly between 4 and 12 dollars depending on if it's a onsie or a jacket.

It has been my experience that most places won't deal with second hand cribs due to liability reasons.
Because of law changes and safety concerns they no longer carry cribs. The state of Michigan speak against used cribs do to them faulting and coming apart
