USPS is the worst company ANYWHERE. And they don't care about anything or anyone. No accountability whatsoever! No respect, no responsibility at all!

Employees are overall pretty patient. However some were arguing really loud behind the staff door, which is unprofessional. General note bout USPS: DON'T GET PRIORITY - it's not guaranteed to get there in two days. My package took FIVE days (basically could have shipped any other way) and food got spoiled. Nothing I could do except be sad I wasted my money and time.

Christina stayed after hours to help ship a box internationally - she was so patient and helpful.

Contacting State Attorney General office. No more excuses USPS! POSSIBILITY OF MAILBOX FRAUD, VULNERABILITY TO IDENTITY THEFT, SENSITIVE MAIL NOT GETTING DELIVERED (informed delivery shows every piece of direct mail to get delivered to my box) What happened the investigation with my daughter’s mailbox locks getting changed?! Stadium phone keeps ringing and Liberty doesn’t follow through with requests. Two set of keys for a locked mailbox for two different residents at my daughter’s apartment complex, a note from neighbor claiming it’s theirs, locked mailbox still has no change in locks?! Who else has keys or master keys?! What in the name of possibility of mailbox fraud or vulnerability to identity theft is going on here?! Just recently very sensitive mail not delivered to my box. Very suspicious. Haven’t had a problem in years. Fix locks, change keys and issue different mailbox to my daughter investigate the person of name given on the phone. Find my mail. My job is well understaffed too.#RESPECTBLACKWOMEN
