I believe they can. You have to call them or stop by to make arrangements during their open hours.

I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that needs an engine. I have an engine that matches the orginal. What would the cost be and time of service.

That will vary according to the tire, the type of flat, etc. best to call them. I am sure that they will have to see the flat tire first though. Hard to diagnose the damage over the phone.
