Fixology did a nice job of replating my engagement ring. I also had my rings welded together. The actual work is impeccable and they took good care of my rings. However, they welded my wedding band in front of my engagement ring, which is not how I was wearing it. I am really disappointed that the way I wear it wasn’t considered. I know I didn’t say anything, but assumed this was common knowledge, that the band goes behind the engagement ring. They did offer to fix it, but I am nervous to damage my rings. The very kind person who did the work told me that I should just wear my ring this way, which I’m not happy about. It was a pricey service and while I appreciate the nice work, a big mistake was made.

went in with two watches for repair. Turns out all they needed was a battery but that came to $47.17 for a pair of standard watch batteries. not a reasonable charge. Was able to purchase batteries elsewhere locally for 8 dollars and 5 cents after tax. It took 2 minutes to install them.

Went in looking for a resizing on a very special ring. I was nervous at first as the jewelry store would not attempt a resize due to the nature and rarity of the ring and stone (white Buffalo) I explained that to the gentleman working who assured me with confidence he would take care of it. After about 30 minutes and a mild anxiety attack I went back to an amazing job. The ring was resized and rounded exactly how I needed with no damage or anything to the stone or details. He may have even buffed it for me. Thank you for the great job the ring means a lot to me and I can safely wear it again. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to flash phones at our stores location; my recommendation would be to talk with your phone service carrier and see if they are able to do so. With all of our repairs, we take payments after the repair is completed unless otherwise stated (i.e. down payments). If a repair is not possible, then our customers are not charged.
