Bought our rings in June 2021 for our July wedding. My ring split clean down the middle a month after my wedding. Had to wait weeks for it to be repaired. Very Disappointed. Took my wedding ring in there 2 years ago because I noticed one of my accessory diamond settings was bent and the prong was loose . They told me not to wear the ring or I would risk losing the diamond. I decided to have it fixed by them assuming they knew what they were doing. However within 18 months my diamond fell out unbeknownst to me. Now they say I must have gotten it caught on something as the prong is bent. If I got it caught on something enough to cause the diamond to fall out , don't you think I would have noticed and immediately looked for the diamond. I did not catch it on something. Heck , i did not even notice the diamond was missing until someone pointed it out to me . My ring went 23 years with no issues and their expensive fix didn't even last 18 months, cost me money and my diamond. Go elsewhere is my suggestion !
