Needed 120 pallets delivered 25-32 minutes (depending on traffic) from their place according to Google Maps. The guy who answered the phone said "We do deliver but we're not driving all the way out there". I asked him to quote me a delivery charge to make it worth his while and he replied, "We are not driving all the way to (my location)". I had no response since I was surprised a business would respond like that since they do deliver, I offered to pay for delivery that is normally free, and got a sharp reply.
