The fact that the only communication is through “email” is horrible! Somebody should be able to pick up a phone and the court should be OPEN. This is the worst system they could of thought of. Not everyone is into email or technology!!!

I've been trying to take care of some business since 2020 this doesn't make any sense you guys been shut down since 2019 someone needs to investigate this you guys should be open by now this is not right for the resident of Detroit
You search the name. Its s case link at the top of the page. Then you search either conservator or guardian if its that kind of case. They have event and docket listed for both. It will say next event for either you have to click on the right one

That would be either power of attorney or guardianship, depending upon the circumstances. Both are given by probate court. Get the necessary papers notorized and take them to the court
You can go online search for the papers you looking for and also you can also call and make an appointment with them you have to pull up online guardianship papers read them very carefully if you need help then you have to apply for a lawyer but you shouldn't have any problem you can do it yourself don't you have the correct documents what's that done can you call and make an appointment for your interview or whatever you have to do

Yes it is unless it's a holiday. Unfortunately probate court is on the most evil file places you can go. Try to keep your family out of probate as much as possible. You may think you're helping someone by putting them in guardianship but you're allowing the state to take over their life, and yours when you think about it.
