Worst dinner service we've had in years. They didn't take our order for 60 minutes. They didn't bring kids food out till last. They even had a different waiter come take the order to then have our waiter come take it again. After that, 2 of 7 people's dinner came out. Kitchen didn't make the other 5 until we told them. No bread on the table. Forgot drinks. Wow, definitely not worth the money. Not coming back. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great views and location. Rooms are smalll and over priced. I dont mind payong for the views but when.our room was not ready yet, the desk actually told is we COULD NOT use the pool area. Also COULD NOT sit at the poolside bar to eat lunch, drink while waiting for our room to be ready. Their loss, we took our group and went elsewhere until our room was ready. DEF not a guest friendly policy.

I think I need to share my real experience with other consumers. It is my first time to write this review since I did not have this bad experience before with other tons of restaurants. On July 2nd, 2022, I went to their dining room. The staff member were quite rude to me and the group I was with. The feeling seems like we were not worth their time during asking for a table. They said only people with reservations can have a seat in the front of sea. I said I can made the reservation immediately and there were actually many time slot online with this restaurant at noon. (It is her execuse.) Then she said you can not do that even you made the reservation. Their demeanor seemed to communicate that we should not show up here.

The staff were very accommodating to our unique needs. The rooms themselves had certain useful aspects built in such as a hallway light that did not shine into the sleeping area but provided light at night to go to the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows quickly went flat but there were nine provided for a king bed and six per double bed.
