Horrible experience. The team of this DuPont Circle branch doesn’t even bother responding to email of their own clients. Even copied management, hoping they would react; but nothing. We ended up calling the Citi phone customer care, who -luckily- was pretty good. I would definitely NOT recommend this branch. 👎

OMG! My 70 year old mom was accused of faking checks today that she got from a friend for dog sitting. They were so rude, then after they tried to call the friend (who was asleep out of the country!) they kicked out my mom. This is such discrimination against someone who happened to want cash
