It's interesting to see all the positive reviews about management being communicative. They never pick- up the phone and they don't return voice-mails for me. Asides from management being picky who they talk to, I guess. Living here was pretty nice.

There are things with maintenance it takes forever for them to come out and fix anything. An up side is if you communicate that you can’t pay that first rent and only pay a certain amount they will work with you. Always communicate to them if you can’t make payments.

I love everything about living here at The Bluffs Apartments. From the management and Maintenance team they are always going above and beyond to make us all fell like we are a part of a community that cares. Tamara and Spencer helped me with the completion of State rent Assistance. If I didn't have their on going help I would have been looking at being homeless in the middle if winter .I know my neighbors and the staff by first name but it's much more than just that.
