By far the worst building or should I say buildings. Both locations are extremely outdated. Their CODE VIOLATIONS THAT I AM REPORTING TODAY. While his father and son drive in their Range Rovers the people suffer. They do not pay employees what they are worth yet demand satisfactory work. They are SLUM LORD'S. SOME residents have challenges I wonder what the case workers and City officials would say. I have proof and documentation. His current lawsuits aren't enough. Like father like son. Yet in America we have laws.

I was about to schedule a tour. And reading multiple reviews on here, they are all similar. And management is unprofessional in replying to these issues. Is this how things are handled on site or behind closed doors?

We do not have any furnished units available. All units come with kitchen appliances.
We do allow pets. There is a pet deposit and a little extra rent for our tenants with pets

Ive been living here for two years. I love it. Im not saying it doesnt have its down falls...Ill list the bad and then the good...bad...five different apartment managers/ maintenance people....good...if something is broke they fix it quickly...bad..youre not getting your deposit back no matter how clean your apartment is when you leave...good..I feel safe walking around my neighborhood at 3 am. Bad..one trash bin for the whole complex. Good..its quiet. People keep to themselves. Bad they dont plow the parking lot...good, beautiful trees and grass.
