Not goid experience 6 people behind the counter and only one register open nobody said hi or sorry be right with you nothing. They don't even acknowledge you are there until u get to the register. I don't think that is good customer service, also the clothes made the alarm sound and nobody showed up or help. Going to return what I bought had a hole on it... not good

Zara has the worst return service. This is the third time I come to Zara and get bad service. Today, I was going to return my sons shorts. He had not even tried them on, removed a single tag, he saw the color and did not like it. We brought the shorts back today and the lady saw the price tags. She found the tags and I thought that nothing was wrong BUT she kept searching. They try to look for any little thing to keep you from returning anything. She found a small pointless tag that was missing. We hadn’t removed a single tag and the lady told us that since it was missing we could not return it. The lady called her manager and told us the same thing and that if we wanted to return it we had to call a stupid number for something we payed 12$ for. INSANE. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! They probably have someone remove tags from on sale clothing so that you cannot return them. I am very upset.

Christmas 2021 and everyone says shop early because of supply issues. So we buy a pair of jeans here at the beginning of November. Christmas comes and we find the jeans don't fit. So we think, no problem, go to the store and exchange them for a pair that fits. Except they have a strict 30 day return policy. Very strict. No exceptions for Christmas like many stores have. I don't want my money back, I want to put one pair of jeans on the shelf and take a different pair home. Sorry, you just wasted $60. Now maybe 60 smackers isn't much for the elites who run Zara, but for this working family it's a chunk of change. I'll never spend another dollar in that store.
