Did not have the best experience today. Had an appointment for both my kids at 9 and 930 we waited at hr to for them to call just 1 of my kids and 20 more mins my second was still not called back. Needless to say my son was never seen and my daughters routine cleaning took 2 hrs

Usually the staff is very friendly but on this visit I was very unhappy the dental assistant who did my daughters cleaning was not kid friendly at all say my daughter is 4 years old still not familiar with all the tools she was using to do the cleaning, instead of calming her down she was scaring her more by the way she was talking to her she was irritated because my daughter was moving around.

All three of my kiddos had an easy and smooth visit, Dr. was very quick and thorough.

The only good thing was the dental assistant. The front desk gave me the bill up front for my daughter’s filling, adding the laughing gas on as though we had no choice. Not until we went to the back did the assistant tell us we didn’t have to use it, but I didn’t know the difference and I’d already paid up front. My daughter is 17 mind you, so she didn’t need it. Also said she didn’t need a shot, so he started drilling without it nearly making her come out of the chair. Ended up giving the shot. Then she said she had what felt like strep throat just on that side for the next three days, I’m guessing as a side effect not sure. They were good with my younger son, but tried to overcharge us and my husband said no, it’s a free visit because insurance covered it. He was right so thankfully they fixed it. Definitely Also did not have the best system when u had to wait in the car, my husband had gone in, checked in, they told him wait in the car with my daughter. 15-20 min later they call him and tell him they were going to cancel the appt since they were late. Needless to say he corrected them real quick. Just need to work on communication for sure and train front desk how to talk and what to charge.
