My insurance company connected them with me to do a lockout and I ended up waiting over 6 hours (2pm-8pm) for a person to even respond and say they were in route. I got lucky a neighbor knew what to do and in 10 min I was on my way. No one should ever have to get the run around from their insurance company or the company providing the service. No one knew at all what time anyone was really going to arrive. They just kept saying it's someone close it's someone in route or x amount of minutes.
