I sent a Valentine's Day gift for my mom yesterday. The order got there on time however, the note was all wrong and I tried to contact Accent Florist which was a total waste of time. Starting from 1 pm yesterday, I called Accent Florist at least 10 times, left them a voicemail saying I wanted to make sure the order got there on time and that I had questions about the note. However, they did not answer my phone at all, did not return any of my calls and did not send me an email. Even their website says call the number if you ordered same day delivery but until 6 pm (which is their closing time) they did not answer the phone. The note got to my mom all in weird characters and I didn't even have the chance to fix it. Very disappointing for a business that says they "value" their costumers. Never ordering again.
