Shady business with shady people working. I had an issue a while ago and did a review of my experience and the owner contacted me. He was very nice and accommodating. But he was trying to help me and gave me the number of someone who works for him that could help. Yea he did give me good tips but he said I need to pay an attorney $5000 to help me. And now I’m getting this off and every time I call the amount I’m to pay magically goes up. Do not let anyone scare you into paying an attorney $5k unless of course that isn’t a thing for you. You can def do it without that absurd cost.

Obviously this is a situation no one wants to be in but nationwide made it a lot less stressful. No issues with the machine, willing to work with you and flexible to find calibration appointment times, quick appointments and everyone was friendly and treats you with respect. Abby at the scheduling department was so responsive, flexible and nice. Only thing to note is that the payment reminder text messages come AFTER you’ve already missed the payment date, so don’t rely on those.

Contact Draeger and let them know, also you will have to write a letter to the Secretary of State stating what happened, why and when. I have a device tamper because my battery went dead when I left my lights on.

My mechanic has to RIP my motor apart obviously has to unhook battery for 3 days wants to start today being Sunday I cant get ahold of anyone what do I need to do

You have to use the mechanic that put your breathalyzer in your car. The one you go to every month to get calibrated and info downloaded. If not then your pretty much f'd.
