You have to use the mechanic that put your breathalyzer in your car. The one you go to every month to get calibrated and info downloaded. If not then your pretty much f'd.
If it's required through the courts I would contact your probation officer before they do that. Usually they will have you blow at JAMS until your car is fixed.
