If you value your machine DO NOT use their service center. The service guy has no idea what he was doing. He broke 2 of my machines plus my girlfriends. Put the wrong parts in. Spent many hours and alot of money repairing mistakes HE did!! Stay far away from this place.

I'm not sure if they lend out machines but they let you use their machines for classes.
Definitely give them a call. They do carry embroidery only machines. I have no idea about availability of used machines.
