Beautiful, spacious theater with vintage vibes and seats that are surprisingly comfortable. Oh, and they even have a concession stand with reasonably priced popcorn combos. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening with some of the best comics from my favorite podcast WWDTM hosted by Alonzo Bodden. I will definitely be back for more events at the regal Michigan Theater.

I love this place

Nice venue with easy in and out. Sitting in the back makes it pretty hard to see, as there’s barely a raise in the ground for people in the back to see. However, it was clean. Small venue but very nice. Would recommend if there’s someone playing that you like, come by and see what it’s all about!

I am unsure of what type of bag you are referring to? If it is a tote bag, or perhaps an oversized handbag that is definitely okay.
Either will work. Paper or e-ticket.
According to the theater's website "Tickets can be returned within one hour of the screening start time. Distribution agreements do not allow for refunds to be processed after the screening begins."

Two are available within a few minutes walk of the theater. One with a vehicle entrance off of Washington between Division and State and a pedestrian entrance on Liberty. Location code: 77J5+32 Ann Arbor, Michigan The other has vehicle entrances off of Maynard and Thompson between Liberty and William. Location code: 77H5+F5 Ann Arbor, Michigan Both cost the same. The Maynard structure has more room but is also usually busier.

There is a convenient parking structure between Manard St and Thompson St. right at Liberty. It's $1.20 an hour and free on Sundays. Otherwise there are meters as well. I prefer the chance Manard structure for convenience. I hope that helps. 🙂
There are several movies showing at the Michigan Theater today including Mary Queen of Scots and Mary Poppins. There's a Mary Poppins coloring event at the Ann Arbor Mellets Creek branch library at 1pm today. UMMA (University of Michigan Museum of Art) is open today until 5pm. The Ann Arbor Hands-on Museum is open today as well, if you have children. They are also currently holding a 'Hackathon' on gaming. Align Divine has $5 yoga classes today. If you're a foodie, today at 3pm Zingerman's Creamery is holding a Cheese 101 class. Every Thursday, excluding today, Plum Market on North Campus holds wine tastings from 6:30pm to 8pm. I hope this helps! 🙂
Their license with the state to sell alcohol requires you to be a Michigan Theater member. With a membership you can buy for yourself and your friends. A range of memberships is available from $5 to much more. Food is limited: eg. great popcorn, Zingerman's brownies, candy bars.
There is the State Theater close by on State St, if you're getting confused by that. The Michigan Theater is on Liberty St. Both prominently display their signs out front. The Michigan Theater has only one main theater inside and it's just to the left as soon as you're through the main doors, so it's hard not to know where to go. There is also a screening room near the restrooms, but it's small and doesn't support main venues.
Rough. Maynard parking structure if not full ia good and half a block away. They do have handicap drop off right in front which is nice.
I dont know. I suggest checking the website.

Not sure, but taking a printout of the confirmation would be good.
