Yes! They sell envelopes and diy cards in many sizes. Their website lists all of the in store selections. Many other sizes can be ordered online and delivered to your local store free of charge or your home for a small shipping fee.

That isn't how the coupon works, it definitely still applies to higher price items. There are specific items, Every Day Value items, items marked on sale, cricket products, and any items marked on clearance that that coupon just plain doesn't work with. The cashiers will always scan your coupon, but the price of the item bought has 0 affect on it.
