I can't and will not rate them as mechanics for they did not work on my vehicle, however I will rate them poor for 0 zero customer service.I contacted them 4 different times 2 times in person and 2 times on the phone. Doug said he was waiting on parts. Even though I contacted a Chevy dealer myself and dealer said the same part was available the next day. Not 1 return call from them.I had to take my business else where.

Don't know hourly rate, what I can tell you is they are reasonably priced, and did good work. 2 cars. Didn't feel like I got hosed. That's a win in my book.
