After my factory stereo went up in my 2010 Lincoln I had them install a new head unit. There was a representative available as soon as I walked in, and they installed the unit same day while I waited. Sounds better than ever. A couple days later I noticed the dashboard lights didn't light up all the way and also heard a buzzing sound coming from one of the speakers. I took it back and they were able to identify and fix those issues quickly. They seem knowledgable on the car stereo stuff and were easy to work with.
